The Versatile White Board Marker

Use it on your coffee percolator to give immediate instructions to your brewer according to the number of cups she has to brew for a meal.
You can use it on your stainless steel counters so your people don't get confused.
You can also use it on the tiles of your kitchen to remind you that you're still simmering something or what ingredient is still lacking.

If you're working on a big kitchen, or a small one and you happen to have a big event; or if your helper of cook tends to forget instructions, here's a fool proof advice. Use your white board marker and write your instructions on any surface where she would see it-- on the wall, on the aluminum percolator, on the stainless steel table, on the glass! The ink is non-toxic and could easily be erased with a tissue, or your fingers. The whiteboard marker is one of the best discoveries in education (for teaching) and also for organizing work in the kitchen.
